Niro – Niroosan Vivekanantharajah
Niro – Niroosan Vivekanantharajah
Niro is a licenced Ontario lawyer since 2019 January. He practices in the field of Real Estate Law and Criminal Defence Law for over 5 years.
Niro also has extensive criminal trial experience. He mentors lawyers on a weekly basis through his workshop program for over 4 years now and continues to do so.
He is an Ontario Record Breaking lawyer who was featured on 680 NEWS, CBC NEWS and GLOBAL NEWS in January 2023 for being the first lawyer in Ontario for preventing a real estate fraud scheme from occurring.
He has been volunteering consistently at the Durham Outlook Soup Kitchen for over 1 year now and loves ever minute of it.
Niro truly believes in founding a law practice that provides legal services by genuinely forming a long-term positive relationship with his valued clients and networks.
Niro is Fluent in English as well as Tamil and he is currently learning Spanish.
Thipya Kirubakaran
Thipya Kirubakaran
Thipya is an outstanding law clerk who has been working passionately at Niro Law since 2021.
She has a broad range of experience with transaction related to Residential Properties /Commercial Properties / Preconstruction / Private Mortgage Lending and Borrowing / Assignments and Asset Purchases. Thipya stands out for her outstanding communication skills with our valued clients and for coordinating transactions proficiently to complete them with the Niro Law team.
Thipya’s ever developing passion for real estate law has her continuously dwelling deeper into the field to enhance her expertise.
Thipya has trained numerous junior law clerks as well as junior lawyers in the field of Real Estate Law.
Apayan Kulasothy
Apayan Kulasothy
Apayan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Liverpool.
While at the University of Liverpool, he co-founded and led two prominent legal societies: the Legal Analysts Society and the Canadian Legal Society. As President and Vice-President of these societies, he organized events, facilitated and participated in debates, and promoted pathways into Canadian legal practice for international students.
Before attending law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in Political Science and English from the University of Toronto, St. George Campus.
Apayan brings a breadth of legal experience, including his recent work at North Dufferin and Peel Community Legal Services, where he represented clients in ODSP matters in court. Additionally, he worked as a legal assistant in residential and commercial real estate transactions and has experience in criminal, traffic violation, and estate law cases.
Early in his career, he assisted in personal injury cases and discoveries.
Apayan is actively involved in community service, volunteering at the Canada Sri Shanmuganatha Swamy Hindu Temple and the Raghalaya Fine Arts Academy of Ontario.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing board games with friends, and learning new languages.
Apayan is fluent in English and Tamil and has experience acting as an interpreter.
